"I have not been in good hands at this office. This office messed up livihood. I have been paying for a false policy since 2024. My registration was suspended whih lead to my license suspension. I found all this out when I was pulled over by an officer while pregnant last month. This office failed to send the dmv proof of insurance which led to a 322 day lapse. I have always made my payments. So I guess I have been paying for a false policy. Cara didn't even apologize for her mistake and was very very NONCHALANT about the HUGE inconvenience she caused in my life. I'm expecting and have other children and due to this situation she caused I've had to miss doctor's appointments for both me and my children. I'm distraught due to the fact that i have been a customer with state farm for atleast 15 years. Cara needs her license taken away. In response to the BS below: Shame on you Cara and all involved. You had multiple chances from phone conversations to treat me like the PAYING customer I have always been and you know that. Not once have you mention a lapse or non payment form the many conversions we had. And not once did you apologize for any inconvenience but pointed your finger away from you. You never sent proof to the dmv but continues to take my payments. I don't work with your dmv team you do, therefore you failed to follow up amd send proof knowing I was still paying you. Please take a customer service course."
